2. Service Availability

  • Our services are available 24/7 except during scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtimes.

  • Some services may depend on third-party platforms and may be affected by their availability.


3. User Requirements

To access our services, users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Register with a valid phone number.

  • Complete KYC verification as required.

  • Agree to Bompay’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.


4. Transaction Processing

  • Most transactions are processed instantly. Delays may occur due to network or third-party issues.

  • Failed transactions are usually resolved automatically within a short period; otherwise, users should report issues through the app.


5. Fees and Charges

  • Some services (e.g., card issuance, maintenance, FX conversion) may attract fees.

  • All applicable fees are displayed transparently before confirming a transaction.

  • We reserve the right to adjust fees with prior notice to users.


6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for failed or erroneous transactions not caused by user error.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–5 working days, depending on the payment method used.

  • Users must report failed transactions promptly via the in-app support feature.


7. Service Limitations

  • Bompay is not a bank and does not offer loans or credit facilities.

  • USD virtual cards have usage limits and may not work on restricted platforms.

  • Savings plans are subject to early withdrawal rules and may attract penalties.


8. Fraud & Misuse

  • Accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity will be suspended or permanently banned.

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and device access.


9. Support & Resolution

  • Our support team is available 24/7 via in-app chat and email at support@bomdrives.com.

  • We aim to resolve all user complaints or issues within 24 to 72 hours.


10. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy occasionally. Updates will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policy
